The Settler’s Block project in Canmore, Alberta, is a three-story mixed-use development that blends commercial and residential spaces while honouring the town’s historical character and architectural heritage. This project balances modern design and Canmore’s established aesthetic.

Deeply rooted in Canmore’s architectural and natural landscape, Settler’s Block exemplifies how contemporary mixed-use developments can preserve historical continuity and scenic beauty while addressing the growing need for sustainable living and commercial opportunities. The total construction area is 5,295 sq.ft. and it is still under construction.
