Project Description
The Santa Maria del Lago building is an infill multi-residential project located at the southern edge of the Santa Maria del Lago wetland reserve in the heart of the city of Bogotá, Colombia. This project consists of six typical 688 sqft units across the second, third, and fourth storeys. With a 2,000 sqft penthouse unit on the fifth storey with private terrace on the sixth storey overlooking the wetland reserve, and private parking in the first storey accesible by elevator. This project was executed with reinforced concrete and a seismic conscious pile driven foundation system.
