Project Description

The Nieves building is an infill multi-residential project located in the upper middle class neighbourhood of José Juaquín Vargas in the heart of the city of Bogotá, Colombia. This project consists of 4 typical 753 sqft units across the third, and fourth storeys. With two 1,500 sqft units on the second and fifth storeys with private terraces on the sixth storey overlooking the Andes mountain range and the city of Bogotá, and private parking in the first storey accesible by elevator. This project was executed with reinforced concrete and a seismic conscious pile driven foundation system.
