Project Description

The project entails the development of a Microtel by Wyndham hotel in Port Alberni, BC. The 76-room hotel will provide modern, comfortable accommodations that reflect the quality and dependability of the Wyndham brand. The construction is scheduled to be completed within 14 months, ensuring timely delivery while upholding high standards of quality and safety. The project is currently in the production phase, with local development and building approvals already granted by the city of Port Alberni. The total construction area is 25,460 sq.ft.
